Species Nutrition Lipolyze gets credit for originality calling itself a "caloric wasting supplement." However, they claim to do it all without stimulants, which they contradict with one of their main ingredients, green tea. Still, they use a rather scientific sounding description.

Effectiveness: They use only one real fat burning ingredient, green tea, and in a dose of 100mg less than the minimum amount required for fat burning results. There is one lean muscle builder, but they only use 10mg, not enough to account for any one ingredient. There are plenty of other ingredients with no application to weight loss whatsoever, but not fat burners.

Ingredients: Species Nutrition Lipolyze ingredients include vitamin E, propionyl-l-carnitine, green tea extract, usnic acid, guggulsterones, and C-Amp.

Safety: Species Nutrition Lipolyze side effects may include insomnia, diarrhea, irregular heartbeat, dizziness, vomiting, headaches, loss of appetite, raised blood pressure, and increased heart rate due to caffeine content.
