They claim that it will work best when combined with their cleanse, packets, or hoodia, rather than as a stand alone.

Effectiveness: Slimquick Naturals honestly has no fat burning or weight loss ingredients. It does have a few antioxidants in undisclosed amounts. But antioxidants are not really powerful weight loss ingredients. The other ingredients are just window dressing, like rhodiola rosea, not actually proven to promote weight loss, but hyped up in the media.
