Phenolox is manufactured by Metabolic Nutrition, which is a company not exactly known for quality products. It is supposed to work by increasing fat burning and metabolism while simultaneously decreasing appetite by increasing sugar delivery to the bloodstream. It sounds quite a bit like other Metabolic Nutrition products, but we will certainly give it a fair chance.

Effectiveness: Like other Metabolic Nutrition products, Phenolox is not dependable. It has basically the same ingredients as some others, but again in extremely small amounts and proprietary blends. There are some ingredients we like seeing, but again, we would like to see them in substantially higher amounts if we should expect to see actual results. However, there are also some with no application to weight loss, but have been connected to serious side effects such as heart attack, stroke, and renal failure.

  • Advantra-Z
  • L-carnitine
  • L-phenylalanine
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Coleus forskohlii
  • Yohimbine
  • Chromium picolinate
  • Di potassium phosphate

Safety: Phenolox side effects include insomnia, irregular heartbeat, anxiety, panic attacks, hallucinations, seizures, reduced blood circulation to the heart, over stimulation, dizziness, renal failure, kidney damage, heart attack, stroke, diarrhea, and headaches among others. These side effects are high even compared to most highly caffeine based products.
