Oxygenfit provides balls, sticks, toners, rubber bands, DVD's, and kits of these elements in order to provide you with a workout program you can use anywhere, even the office apparently. They are similar to Pilates, yoga, or Curves gyms. But they claim to promote the kind of weight loss more commonly associated with cardiovascular exercises like running, of course without the same strain on the body.

Effectiveness: Extreme yoga classes and extreme Pilates classes can promote higher rates of fat loss and weight loss. They bring the body to a certain level of exertion. However, the Oxygenfit program is more comparable to a beginning yoga class, more targeted toward relaxation than weight loss. So it is unlikely to provide you with anything but a temporary happy feeling about the fact that you are trying to do something for yourself.
