Oxotrim claims that you can finally lose the weight and increase your metabolism among other things for long term weight loss results. They claim their formula is completely safe and natural, and they base it around a formula of 7-keto, which they claim will provide the ultimate thermogenic effect that they like to talk about.
Effectiveness: Unfortunately, while studies that they name and talk about use 200mg of 7-keto, they use 50mg. Likewise, their other ingredients are found either in extremely small and ineffective amounts, or they don't promote weight loss in the first place. For example, 5-HTP is a mood lifter. It in no way affects weight loss.
Ingredients: Oxotrim ingredients include theobromine, advantra-z, green tea, 5-HTP, caffeine, glucuronolactone, taurine, l-carnitine, 7-keto, and coral calcium.
Safety: Possible side effects of Oxotrim include irregular heartbeat, chest pain, dizziness, headache, nausea, insomnia, mood swings, cramping, constipation, diarrhea, tension, anxiety, and high blood pressure.
