Apparently with the highest level of polyphenols on the market, premium high grade ingredient, and 37 clinical studies in the past year, Okuma Wu Long Tea presents itself as the best possible product on the current market. They are supposedly all natural, based entirely on "500mg wu long tea extract."

Effectiveness: From their description, you could easily find this product at the grocery store for about $5 per package if not less. They don't name any other ingredients, and oolong tea is just not as effective on its own as they would claim. There are not that many studies, and most of the studies they are probably referring to were conducted on green tea, not oolong tea.

Ingredients: The only named ingredient in Okuma Wu Long Tea is:

  • 500mg Wu Long Tea

Safety: With all the things they claim oolong tea can do you might be amazed. But it has relatively high levels of caffeine and can therefore cause insomnia, diarrhea, irregular heartbeat, dizziness, vomiting, headache, loss of appetite, raised blood pressure, and increased heart rate. Other ingredients would depend largely on other ingredients that may or may not be there.
