Mitotropin is a Gaspari Nutrition product meant to be used in conjunction with other accompanying products. Its "extreme fat burning" power is apparently not so extreme all on its own. But they claim it can increase mitochondrial CPT and lipolysis while killing off free radicals among other things to reconstruct your body structure within just 30 days.

Effectiveness: Mitotropin is largely based on caffeine, but unfortunately not on any other ingredients of substance. Most of their ingredients have nothing to do with weight loss, and the ones that do are just different forms of caffeine. They use 3 small proprietary blends, but each has only one or two of the ingredients that might actually work, with little room for their actual expansion. There is no way for Mitotropin to actually provide the weight loss benefits they are promising.
