Effectiveness: Firestarter Fat Burner does not really have a lot of the major weight loss ingredients. But they do use ephedra, in such a small amount as to be insignificant in the realm of weight loss, but not in the realm of side effects. And just incase that isn't enough, they ensure side effects with citrus aurantium and yohimbine, which has not been connected to weight loss at all.
