Betastax

Betastax

Meant to maximize an already existing diet and exercise program, Betastax can apparently provide significant results in as little as 2 weeks. In short, you don't have to be an athlete, you just have to be fitness conscious to see results with Betastax. And apparently, a study using 50 women using 250mg of their main ingredient versus a placebo lost a significant amount more weight.

Effectiveness: Their description of the supposed study conducted on their main ingredient does not actually match studies conducted on the few proven ingredients they have. And realistically, there are quite a few ingredients that have no application to weight loss at all. Some of them are generally used in external products only. Finally, they use only a small proprietary blend, which really does not account for even one of their main ingredients.

Ingredients: Betastax ingredients include:

  • Chromium
  • Vitamin B1
  • CLA
  • Caffeine anhydrous
  • Advantra-Z
  • Vinpocetine
  • Vegetable wax extract
  • Fenugreek
  • Astragalus
  • Tribulus terrestis
  • Magnolia extract
  • French lilac
  • Jojoba extract
  • Phellodendron amurense extract
  • Eurycoma longfolia
  • Rice bran extract

Safety: Common side effects of Betastax include insomnia, overstimulation, diarrhea, irregular heartbeat, dizziness, vomiting, headaches, anxiety, panic attacks, high blood pressure, reduced circulation to the heart, and heart attack or stroke. These side effects are a little extreme for most, especially when they're only promising to provide results for relatively fitness conscious individuals. In short, they use this, because with the right exercise routine, you will see results anyway. So they assume you won't really know the difference and will attribute it all to Betastax.
