Appesat claims to be, not the ultimate fat burner or anything else, which can denote side effects, but rather the diet pill that will help you to develop healthy eating habits which can reduce how much you eat and improve your long term health and benefits. They claim their main ingredient has been developed to be resistant to stomach acid and remain active for many hours. Part of their descriptions sounds like glucomannan, but that doesn't sound like anything we've ever heard of.
