8-FX is hailed by its makers as the diet pill that will support metabolism, support fat oxidation, support optimal thyroid activity, increase focus, increase energy, improve mood, and support cAMP-mediated fat breakdown. They talk about supposed research and interactions within the body such as RRT or the “redaptive response technology.”

Effectiveness: We were so captured by many of the apparently scientific terms used by 8-FX that we tried to look some of them, like RRT up. Unfortunately, we found nothing about it anywhere but the 8-FX website, leading us to believe that it is fictional. Moreover, they do not provide quantities of most of the ingredients included, and none of the ingredients are anything but standard in today’s diet industry. And though the formula is only average, the price is far above.
