The 5 Factor Diet

The 5 Factor Diet

Unlike most of our reviewed products, the 5 factor diet is not a supplement, but rather a book centered program. As the name suggests, it is centered around the number 5: 5 meals a day, 5 ingredients in each meal, 5 minutes to prepare each meal, 5 exercises, and each exercise is used for 5 minutes a piece. With its simple appeal, multiple celebrities(not just 5) have jumped onto the boat and sung its praises.

Effectiveness: As a program, there are no set ingredients, but what’s the catch? No catch, just a different way of looking at healthy living. Except for the fact that it costs $5 a week to participate in(catchy! But not….). $5 seems a lot to pay for you to do most of the work. Other programs that charge per week(like weight watchers or Jenny Craig) provide meal plans, support groups, weekly “meetings”, all things not provided by the 5 factor diet. There is also the fact that most people can learn to diet and exercise on their own…for free!

Safety: One of the biggest concerns when it comes to choosing a product is whether this product is safety concerns. People often wonder if there would be any side effects or allergic reactions. It is always essential to check if you will be allergic to any of the ingredients in any product taken, but it seems less than 5% of people are allergic to the ingredients in this product. This is a powerful formulation and contains a lot of caffeine so we do not suggest you take it in the night time. Starting at a lower dosage may be the perfect way to check to see if this product is compatible with your body.
